Spent yesterday with my mom for Mother's Day in Annapolis. Was going west when the Bay Bridge was closed for a tractor trailer accident on the eastbound span. Drove past 10 miles of stopped traffic. Yay me!

Today, started with two bloodys. Had a few Sierra Nevadas while finishing the balcony and watching the Nats win.








So now, dinner. Carmelizing onions, jalapeños, seranos and leeks for a risotto.

To go with these beautiful pork chops.
