Was using a Cuisenart mini chopper for years but you are right. The Epica rocks! Still use the mini chopper for wet stuff.

Oh?  In this pic the cup is the same as the waring. Guess we dont have the same grinder. Yours sucks  :rofl:

Oh, sorry, just re read. Don't cover. Want the reduction skimmed grease 3 times, added more chili powder and salt. A work in progress. Lost the sun so back inside watching Repo Man with the honey.
My favorite chili topping: jalapeños (mixed with seranos but couldn't find them). Red onion, cilantro and lime juice with salt and pepper.
