Harvested my first ghost pepper, and the bastard had me hiccuping from merely a touch on its inside. Went into chicken wing marinade.
No store bought cayenne pepper powder this time, but all my own goods.

If I drunk cook it always turns out way better than sober cooking. I think the anxieties of f**king up go out the window. Enjoying a night on the coals without booze is like driving a car without a steering wheel.
