You know what I mean! Like real carnitas, large chunks slow cooked immersed in lard. Then the large chunks are broken up. The little cubes browned on all sides is a cool cheat but I think a better cheat would be pull some large chunks off of your pulled pork and brown, and then break it up. Or just crisp some shreds in lard and mix it in so you are not twice-cooking. That's the one I prefer. Like I said I'd eat the hell outta those tho!
 
move some that green stuff aside, lets see the meat. I can see the tip of a bit in there but can't make it out. What kind of sauce is that on there or is it home made?
