Ok ok.  Let me drown my liver first.  That first one was HUGE!  I don't know if you could tell from the pic.  That is a large burrito sized tortilla (warmed and marked in a pan for the love of Scovie).  I will probably change up the hot sauce on this one too.  Someone has to post something while we wait for D3monic...

Here: see it wasn't that much salad, the meat and other stuff just kind of mounded up and made it look like a big pile of salad.

I can dig it. That tortillllla looks to be manly sized based on my perspective of the pics. I think the meat and cheese ratio outweighs the lettuce so it's all good. Well done!
