Once again I come in late, but like the challenge. Starts the 29th? I'm still recovering from last week and not even sure what day it is.
 
Already have a plan. The last TDWas more than I could deal with at the time, but as long as it's this weekend I'm in.
Ack! That's Mother's Day weekend. Would be a push. Have to cook for Mom and Carribean wouldn't work for her. :(
Hell, 70's American is the best for her.

When's the rotisserie TD? Don't recall ever seeing one of them....
 
I just broke in my rotisserie collar for my webber this week - roto'd a fryer rabbit - brined 3 hours in ACV, Pinot Noir, fresh cracked black peppercorns and garlic, then roto'd 15 mins dry (to get a little char) and started basting with a butter/brown sugar/soy/ginger baste. 
 
Came out like this:

1st bunny I've ever cooked. It was unbelievably tasty. 
 
 
So yeah - I'd like to nominate Rotisserie for a future TD. I think we'd get some unusual entries. :woohoo: 
 
Now if you'll excuse me, I believe I have a pic to post to the bunnies topic. ;)

With the rabbit, we actually had a fresh cracked crab - my market neighbor kicked it down. So instead of "surf & turf" we had the "Hop & Crawl"?

To clarify for Alynne and others, it's the first FULL weekend of the month.  If the first is on Saturday, then it's the next weekend.  If the first is on Friday...Game On!
 
 
 
Usually, unless Mercury is in retrograde or the Boss is grumpy.....
