Something like, what Mexican means to you. It's almost a disservice to label cuisines. Mexico obviously has more than tacos and the fare we know, and Cali and Texas have their own, etc. Mexico even has a popular bacon wrapped turkey hot dog called a Dreamboat. So, if it's Mexican "to you" it's cool.

I've got an old roommate/friend from OOT coming to visit Saturday afternoon, and the time between now and then will be spent wrapping up this week's work and cleaning/straightening the house ...
 
I have to build 3x pieces of furniture tonight, once I finish working, so it's definitely going to be a good day for a second café con leche ...
 
Sunday, though ... Sunday I should find myself with a clean house, clean kitchen, and nothing to do ...
