For me the Napolitana is all in the look gonna look how your crust fared, your cheese and sauce mingled, Jay usually uses too much sauce and cheese so hint hint.
 
I don't usually worry about crowns, I get in on TD's that interest me and one's I have time for, but this one has always been special, and I am going to come out swinging for PIC1 now that I have somewhat leveled the playing field.  He has much more experience on the Egg, but at least now I have the same equipment.

I remember those wings well,. and I want to tell you that they were amazing.  Nothing like home smoked jerk wings.  Wow were they good!

(If you didn't get that I mean you referring to the BGE leveling the playing field)...
