Yup. And in Spanish dishes, and often in Japanese cuisine, and to make black bread/rolls/buns (although charcoal can also be used for that, too, so it's hard to know which was employed) ...
TC basically got "pasta" perfect for him! I think everyone got good ones. Will be a good battle!
It'll def be fun to battle with Ozzy ... might have to cook twice (haven't ever done that, to date) and use the better dish ...
