I would assume they're all over. Not all Chinese restaurants have them but it's just some egg fu young on white bread with pickles lettuce and mayo. Place round here you can get some chicken or beef etc in the egg.

They're pretty damn good.

All parties have their requirements and have agreed. Since the soup/egg roll/fried rice challenge is not a particular "American-Chinese" dish like the rest, they have decided they can go either authentic Chinese or Chinese-American, or combo, so these will all be interesting.
 
The Anything Goes is the traditional Throwdown where you can enter anything Chinese. Research a traditional dish, or replicate your local take-out. All up to you!
