Trinidad "Douglah" 7 Pot

Simply beautiful!!! Thanks for posting that!

If anyone has a single seed to spare, I'd really appreciate it!! Needless to say I'd happily trade or cover all your expenses!

From the left:

2 x Trin. yellow Congo; Little Douglah in the front (same as previous pic); 2 big ones are flowering 7-pot (12 flowers on the middle one & 10 on the RH side)

I think little Douglah needs a bigger pot.

Question about the Dougla...

What intrigues me about the Dougla is the "pimpled" surface...is this a trait specifically for that plant or are there more peppers that have this appearance?

AJ, it's present in Trinidad Scorpion (sometimes), 7 pod / 7 pot, and Bhut Jolokia. Nagas and Bih Jolokias also have them too at times. Bhut Jolokias actually have a sharp "spine-like" texture that is unique. It's like scales on the pepper warning you to steer clear. What's unique about Douglah is this trait was unheard of on a brown pod. :) To my knowledge, it is also unheard of on a yellow pod.

thats good to know since I have all of those growing except the Douglah...I probably would have thought some of them were sick....thanks Chris
