wild brazil sloppy joes with bacon and cheese ooooooyummy!! :surprised:

so sasy to make through a few peppers in while the sauce and meat are cooking

put bacon and cheese on buns then when meat is read put on bun

this was one of those meals where i made the most yummy sounds that i can remember

ps this would work with any of your favorite hot peppers

That batch was everything pictured, a dash of sea salt, an avocado, a couple cloves of garlic, a habanero, and some tomatillos. Throw them in the blender and grind...

Quick throw together to try out some of my new goodies. Red Hawk's Grounds for Divorce XXX Hot and Defcon's Habby Horse on some breaded chicken. Both turned out great!

this is how i use my and other hot sauces most often and you sure cant go wrong

HOT SAUCE TO THE RESCUE!!!
 
Hot Wings and Hot Greens......and a little shout out for Defcon! YUM! Floured the wings with a mix as pictured. Added various spices to the greens, and topped with Zach's Zombie Sauce (forgot to take the pic of the greens 'cause I got distracted gorging on the wings)

Spicy Lime Marinated skirt steak/flank steak=yum

Marinade=Fresh lime, garlic, cilantro, shallots, olive oil, thyme and manzeno pepper.

1/2 pound flank steak and 1/2 skirt steak

Sweet peppers and haberlokia's julienne sauteed with Mascarpone, mexican cheese blend and left over marinade.

Final product topped with fresh cilantro and BrAiN sTrAiN sauce, on two steamed corn tortilla's

damn was that good.
