What was the last spicy meal you cooked?

And how did it turn out?

I was in the mood for wings, but wasn't going to do anything fancy, just wanted something quick using what was in the house. Baked the wings in the oven with a dry rub of cayenne, Death Rain, pepper, and bih jolokia powder (from Muso2112). Took them out and coated with Cap'n's savina sauce. Pretty good for a quick meal.

What the?

I didn't know Marcie could cook.

Good show, girl. That jalapeno bread looks awesome. Brisket topped with SL's Hot BBQ sauce must have been fantastic.

Here it is in sandwich form. Topped with some Munster cheese and I used a generous dose SalsaLady's Hot BBQ sauce on one slice of bread. Had to make sure it stayed on, you know.

Once again I find myself reminded that I can NOT bite my monitor. Looks great.

Broke out the cast iron dutch oven yesterday morning. When the pork butt was done, I removed it and ran the stick blender through the liquid/chile mixture. Shredded the pork, added back to the liquid, served it over grits. What didn't get eaten last night is going into tamales this weekend.

Woooooow. I wish I lived closer to you, that looks delicious. That would be a great use for my venison and peppers from last year. What kind of liquid is that? :-p

Made some hot fries today. Baked 'em in the oven so I can be a little ~*healthier*~.

Sliced them up with my new baller slicer. Coated them in: olive oil, salt, pepper, cayenne, habanero powder, oregano, garlic powder, smoked paprika.

Baked and the broiled until crispy. Magic.

Dipped them in a sauce that was mayo, garlic, and Blair's Mega Death. And probably added too much Blair's. HOT!

We don't usually have this kind of thing around the house, but I had it left over from a pot -luck lunch at work.

I put this in the microwave a little longer to get melty, and yum!

Washed it down with a Pepsi Max. Love that stuff!!

OK, this is for you, SD...

Frozen Philly-steak meat, farmer's cheese, sauteed onions and bell peppers, and a fried egg, along with a conservative dose of Melinda's Naga Jolokia sauce.
