Myself, I'm werking on a little Sinatra tonite. Spicy "Standards" D'Italiano......(pizza. heh, heh). With Frank serenading, of course!)
 
Jamaican Jerk Hamburgers. Had some left over jerk marinade from a recent batch with some Chocolate Habaneros. Added a healthy dose to some ground up hamburger and cooked with an applewood smoke.
 
Last night I made some jerk chicken with skinless thighs and a couple skinless drumsticks. Trying to be healthier with the lack of skin, missed the skin but it was still delicious. I used butch-t in the marinade that pepper is so sweet! I don't like super hardcore heat so I only used one for a big batch of the marinade. Tonight is going to be some asian bluefish with some home made sambal.
 
CR - I always mix my own Garam Masala; have you ever given that a try?
Not as of yet.... Now that the seed has been planted...
I actually stocked up last time I was in vegas at the spice market.
But, I always like to try to make something from scratch at least once.
Just got mozarella cheese down.
I'll give it a try soon..
