Yesterday i was with some friends for a dinner... Incidentally there was the England - Italy match (not that i care much about that). I made some good gulash and it was really fiery. Probably today someone is cursing me.
A quick couple of antipasti:
That olives were amazing! Hot pepper and garlic flavour. I could eat that all day long.
Some beer... There were some wine too.
Fusilli with some vegerables. And hot pepper but i barely noticed it. Pasta fredda (eaten cold).
Some vegan barley. Good.
Some pasta fredda, there was feta cheese that was good.
Insalata di riso.
My gulash!
Then i ate a combo of insalata di riso + gulash.
Pie with cream, strawberries and cookies. Good!
This was maybe the best thing of the evening... Homemade popsicles!
They have been done with actual fruit, not extract or chemist stuff, water and sugar
3 flavours:
strawberries + peach + raspberries
melon
homemade cherry jam
These are a lot more nutrient than normal popsicles. I ate 7 of that.
