What's your Hobby (Chillis excluded)

Can't say that I have anything I would call a hobby. Most if not all, is serious 'bidness. All of the 'thangs I do or have done involved getting paid. Hot sauce and peppers aren't a hobby, its just how I eat. Cooking, guitars, flyfishing...all those things are my professions and more a lifestyle I would reckon. But actual hobbies?

Hmmm....well I like long walks on the beach, fine dining, going to the movies...(bullshit detector klaxon blaring...)

Cheers ya'll, TB.
Well, you like smoking meat. I remember that insanely great salmon you did up for me. That would be a hobby.

motorsport...well just watching it because i cant afford to be in it just now.
Oh and crosswords...do about 40 a day (gotta do at least 8 with my morning coffee just to wake up)...love cryptic's...even win money on them on another site.
I got the boy a PS2 for his b'day so my hobbies about to change lol

Hey I'm an adult and I have My Little Ponies * runs away to hide with shame*

I own nearly all of the ones with 'rainbow' in their name, the only ones I collect. God I'm even a fussy My Little Pony collector. I have,

Rainbowberry
Rainbow Dash
Rainbow Flash
Rainbow Twirl
Rainbow Rider
Rainbow Storyteller
Island Rainbow
Rainbow Magic
Rainbow Cloud
Rainbow Sunrise

Interesting reading I know. I do have my favourite one of course. I don't keep them in their boxes, I can't brush their hair then, only joking. I do keep them in a safe place though away from bright sunlight and naughty dogs. I'll never forget that morning Murphy the Lab came bounding down the stairs with Rainbow Dash dangling from his mouth by her mane  that was traumatic.
Hey, Rainbow don't sweat it to much. That was my wifes favorite show as a kid. I think I even saw her peaking at a video of it in the kids section at the Movie Rental place a while back. She's not a collector, but I know she still likes the cartoons.

Technology has come a long way since the old "spray and pray" style spudguns.
I build piston actuated co-axials, fuel metered combustions and also Hybrids, a mix between the two i.e. Compressed air and fuel (butane), here is a pic of one that can put foam earplugs through sheet metal :)

And a damage pic, water filled can got blasted at around 650fps by a 6mm stainless bolt.

That is just AWESOME!!

Well......

I'm a drummer. A well educated drummer, in fact. I've been playing for about 32 years. I should have an interview posted on another website in about a month or two.

Working on and racing my '83 Datsun 280zx. 'Nuff said there! I'm also a pretty good shadetree mechanic. I'll do stuff for friends so they can save a few bucks.

I shoot billiards. 9-ball, 8-ball, 7-ball, trick shots, straight pool, you name it. I love to play it. I haven't tried snooker, though. Not many people know how to play 7-ball, so I don't get to play it all that often.

Of course, there's smoking, grilling, and BBQ. So far, I've perfected ribs, and pork shoulder...but I gotta work on my brisket. Burgers, dogs, and steaks are no big deal. Just tell me how you want 'em!

Music - all kinds, watching punk bands, and I'm also a music teacher, play piano, drums, violin, learning bass
Home brewing - making wine and mead
Gardening - growing veg of all kinds
Swimming - breast stroke!

Apart from chillies I like writing, cooking, mountain walking, reading, my playstation 3 and my two rescue cats keep me busy!

I have quite a few hobbies too. I love 4 wheel riding, spending time in the woods, camping, hunting (but haven't had the time lately), gardening, cooking all kinds of foods, eating what I cook  shooting sports (steal plate with both pistol and rifle and trap), reading, shooting 8 ball, and spending time with my family. Wait, is spending time with one's family a hobby? Well, that is one of my most favorite things to do. ;) Oh and I forgot, welding (making things with metal) and working in my garage just tinkering.

I mentioned i liked Mountain Biking, well this vid ain't in the mountains but i am sure you will find it entertaining.
I was going to buy beer before visiting a mate and decided to tape the trip, cam in one hand, handlebar in the other.
This was one of the first times i rode this bike too as it is my new toy, yay!!
