Haha. I'd never looked it up before... Looks like it's hard to remove! I just cut it off like grass, it can do it's own thing and try to grow back but it'll just get chopped down again next whipper snipper day

Yeah, it has been deregistered/banned for use on food crops.
I was using it against my broad mite same time as I was having troubles with fruit fly last year and it didn't really appear to slow 'em down any. Perhaps just like the broad mite, the fruit fly grew resistance to it too? Either way, not touching it again as it will kill my predator mites. Ironically, probably the only thing it will kill now!
I have to admit though, it did work like a charm the first time I used it (against broad mite). I'm wondering now if that's why I didn't start noticing fruit fly until last year (was taking care of 'em before that without even realizing). Again though, if such is the case, it appears they have grown resistance to it too.
Guess it's bagging for me this season.....
