It's been awhile since I've posted and wanted to throw out a non-pepper question I've been thinking about for awhile now... I still grow some nice super hots each year but has anyone ever grown Wasabi? Sounds challenging and I love the heat of Wasabi. Thanks.

Without a doubt Kung Pao. I've been picking the same ones for over a month now and there is still green peppers on the plant. I blended some dehydrated ones up for chili spice last night. Good flavor.

Outstanding production of pods Potawie. I always enjoy your posts and pictures. I too started thinking winterization this weekend. Time to start pulling out the plants I want to keep and cleaning out the others.
