It's the time of the year to get my list for 2011 sorted. I will grow some Brazilian species as well. I'm very interested in the Trepadeira do Werner which was recently collected in the wild somewhere in Brazil. It seems that it's growing habits resembles a climber/vine.

I guess it's about time to start a 2010 thread.. This season, and many to come I will mainly grow Wild Chilli's. Sure I will grow some "regular" vars. but haven't decided yet for this year what to grow. Pimenta Da Neyde is a must have because the plant is absolutely beautiful and haven't seen...
I will head out for a 12 day vacation in Mallorca (Spain) on 08-17. Can't wait as it's the first vacation with our youngest daughter. She's almost 2 years old.

I just love sambal's and hot sauces. The sambal's you can buy in local stores here are rather mild, but just taste very good. I want to make some of my savina's :onfire: and my big question is what do i need to add (vinegar or something) to keep them at least a few months in the fridge. You know...
