Here's some basic's.

Stupidly I failed to include the cheese in the pic.

I toasted some 100% whole wheat squishy buns on the comal.

Then I tho'd down some chiltepin/dill/caper tartar along with some tomato and pickled xalapa.

Black Betty'd the fried scheeze.

Look at that goodness.

I took two bottom buns and a top bun to make a 3 way.

Scheeze and splooge was ever 'whare!

Final pics to come later.

Well...after popping back in...talking shit...and getting ready...

*I'm Probably out.  My 2 year old boy had tonsils out on Monday, and started bleeding profusely in the wee hours this morning.  Looked like a murder scene in the house.  EMS rushed to the ER, emergency surgery...and we are home.   I was gonna work it up today...but that little guy...

I maaaaaaaay try to eek out what I wanted tomorrow at some point...but a 2yo < 24h out of the hospital...I dunno...but my idea is so damn good...and I have fresh nagas too...argh.

Don't sweat it man, that's more important, maybe he wants a grilled cheese and you can make him a fancy one and enter too (though he's probably doing soup, right?). Hope he feels better. :)

I'm glad he is ok. There is a young girl who is brain dead from hemorrhaging during her tonsillectomy. Seen it all over the news. Not something to be taken lightly!

And Rawk and the Chicago connection?
TDs have guidelines and rules… y'all know I'm too hipster to follow guidelines and rules, especially if there is a a set time and date it needs to be done by.
