  • Aw you know what time it is don't you? I'm here on xmas eve if you are. I'm at work tomorrow but I'll see if I can sneakily log on here.
Oh you're just like me then, all over the place, that's nice to know. Sorry but I can't remember if you said you were working New Years Eve or not?
Yeah I thought you liked just loungy kind of music. To me that sounds like a cross between Spandau Ballet and a metal ballad.
But it's 6 inches of snow and ice to pull over, I don't wanna get stuck and I don't want you to risk your life, I guess it's up to you if you overtake *wanker* Love ya!
I have front wheel drive anyway. Does the weight of the car make a difference? Hey I'm not invincible on the snow and ice but close, you ain't seen the speed I drive, no one dares overtake even though I have all the cars behind me, half of them are my speed (holding up everything) the rest just dickheads. That I've just said reminds me of this random song. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k3WhQB7Hq0Q
So you kinda agree with me? You'd have laughed at me this morning then. I wore my trainers to work, dead sexy with tights I know. But last night I was warned by many guests not to step near the curb as you start on the path to the hotel as it's a big puddle. This morning I walked that way, couldn't see a puddle so carried on, I trod in something that looked like a big block of snow, it was a hidden 5 inch puddle. It didn't half shock me, the water was freezing. That and holding onto cars just to get across the car park in the first place.
But I reckon that having an automatic car kind of helps in snow, you can laugh if you want, I don't mind. You know when you are crawling or even stationary in those conditions? Well surely with a manual car you have to accelerate to move forward, in an automatic you just take your foot off the brake and it creeps forwards for you so less skidding. Go on, laugh...
I'll get lost next time, the way I was meant to go I'd only done once before but the opposite way and I got all confused. I did wonder just over half way through the journey why everything in front of me was turning off, when I went ahead I realised why, bendy roads and ice don't go well together.
LOL, I was trying to avoid town otherwise it might have taken me about an hour to get home. I had a good idea of which way to go and my lovely mate Della told me too, but hey, I missed the turning, in fact I didn't see the turning and wasn't willing to turn around in a little lane covered with snow and ice. It turns out the way I went completely missed out town and was probably the quickest ever.
Hello my lovely! How are you? I almost got lost on the way home from work again this afternoon, well I did get lost but found myself again, ha, what an idiot!
Back at work today, the snow and ice are still about. I'll speak to you tomorrow afternoon. I hope you had a good weekend!
