I recently saw an interesting idea at a local store, it may be applicable here.
They had taken heavy duty weed barrier fabric and sewn it into a cylinder and sewn the ends shut.
Then they cut holes in the top and planted in the holes.
It just might work to hang them...

I've come up with it through lots and lots of hard work. (Drinking beer and dumping things in a pot) It is very precise so don't F it up by using the wrong measurements.

I like the flavor of the guajillo but the tough skin is kind of a pain in the butt when you reconstitute the dried pods and put it in the blender.
