Is a seed heating mat going to be of any use with these kits? The tray has a 1 inch resevoir for water, followed by a thin foamlike mat that's suppossed to be saturated, and then the actual seedling tray.

I bought what I thought were Bhut Jolokias from seedrack.com also...turns out they are NOT jolokias at all. I am dissappointed in that I didn't get what I sent out for, but I do have some very nice plants(habs of some sorts).

Sauce has been in the fridge for 1 week, the ingredients are habs, onions, garlic, vinegar, lime juice, salt, pepper, and water.
