On another note though I am on pins and needles for the TD's to start again this weekend. It seem like each iteration ot TD's has gotten exponentially more awsome which means this weekend they should be Awsome to the third power. Which works out mathematically as:

((Paulky_2000 * SalsaKid) / Waffle) * ((salsalady * JungleRain) / Mango)

I would just need to know by about Wed. or Thurs. in order to pick up extra ingredients, and will make it the same time as the Paulky challenge... recipies are in my head already, and almost the same just different.

I'm ready, Coach, just need the Boss's approval. Hopefully before Wed as there's some info the challenger will need. ;)

As long as all the elements are there I can paste them word for word into the final post. I helped TB with his so no worries there. Some people list ingredients in the teaser, and methods in the process so I take it from there. Everything was there as required even the PoL.

I can't believe you made it. Congrats.

WOW another great weekend! All the entries looked so good I just cant help imagining them all in one great big spread. What a feast that would be.

SL, yes a typo. I can’t type to save my soul after my 4th beer.

Last weekend coming up and my guess is that this month will be closing out with a bang or is SL gets her Creole on with a BAM!

The p2k vs. salsakid battle reads like a suspense novel.

I was watching minutes tick by, closer and closer to the 10pm deadline. no pics,
then the PoL plot twist, is he going to make it?,
Finally the happy ending, with P2k subsequently falling asleep.

It's the greatest story ever told!

Those hotdogs were nuts! Each one looked delicious (and greasy and messy, like it's supposed to).
I'm going to have to vote for the one that I feel would do more damage to my arteries.

The mango entries were similar. Chicken or shrimp?? They both looked delicious.
SL with another rock solid performance,
not to be outdone, however, by JR who is quickly establishing himself as a master of the asian/curry style dish.
That's going to be one to watch!

Salsakid was the star of the day, however.
Challenging paulky head to head is like taking on Tiger Woods in a longest drive competition.
