Take the biggest pics you can for final entry.  Boss likes em large.. 
 
I use 15" and 17" resize settings on tinypic - which is excellent if you don't mind the ads.

I have a 36" monitor so all pics look huge to me but even on the phone those are large enough to view clearly. I think boss uses an apple watch :p
