Made burgers last night on my cast iron griddle heated by my Weber grill. It gives me the benefit of making smash style burgers without the huge amount of smoke in the house. Plus it give me an excuse to fire up the grill, which is also an excuse to drink. This one could also be posted in the drunken chef thread.
