Damn Brown Recluse Bite Strikes Again

We all remember the infomus Brown Recluse Bite that I had a little over 8 months ago....Well, I remember someone here knew someone who was bit by a Brown Recluse. They did all this research into it and found out that the poison never actually leaves your system. So that means the bit could act up.

Yesterday I noticed the start of a 2 mm tall lump about 1/4 an inch in front of the old spider bite scar. OH NO! I thought. I immediately treated it with some really tough anti-zip cream that my mom has (it specifically design to dissolve deep, under skin problems, not over the counter stuff) in hopes this was just a bad under skin zit. This morning it looked bigger but tonight it looked more defined and localized as if the problem is correcting itself.

But, on top of that the side of my face is tingling and sore exactly like when I had the spider bite. Not good, not good.
 
It was my best friend Gudrun who got nailed in the face by one of those little bastards about a year ago or so. Sorry to hear that it's acting up again. I guess in a way you're kind of lucky...her's acts up like every other week(her immune system was already compromised before the bite) and it seems to have been a good while for you since your bite.
 
I didnt know a bite from them would kinda stay with ya for ever (or years) & could act up at anytime. that'd be really annoying.

UPDATE: The pain in my face has deminished greatly when I woke up this morning, but after a whole day, now it's starting to really ache again.

The bump is also really deminished. It looks like the acid in this prescription cream is eating away at the poisin sac.
 
Get better man. I remember the last time you were talking about this. It was a while ago. I knew a guy in basic training that got bit more than once actually. We called him spider man after that:shocked::lol:. I don't know if his recluse bites are acting up again, but I've heard they can stick with you for a while as well. Worse come to worse, slam a beer and use some hotsauce!:lol:
 
Hey IGG,,you ought to look into todays Discovery channel about venoms.They had a lady who was treated like having the bends to get the venom of a white tail spider from Aussie land out of her.It acts up at random like you sound like.Damn glad I was bit by a rattler!Not sure i`d want to deal them lil suckers.

BBBBAAAAHHHHGGGG!!!! It's back again!!!!!! My right cheek bone and skin is soooo sore. It started yesturday morning, been applying meds since then....
 
Just go to the damn witch doctor and have him look at it. Maybe inject it with some antibiotics or botox or capsacian or battery acid. Seriously, go to the doctor. Get better man.
