Good morning everyone. Time to clean the fridge and restock for the weekend. Made gingerbread cookies with gluten free flour that taste OK, but I doubt if I will use that flour again. They need eggnog to really enjoy them.

amounts between Xmas Day & Wednesday...total snow 62.9 inches...don't think I have ever experienced anything like that,all d/t

Lordy, lordy is right, wiri. I love the "Erie News" car being overwhelmed with snow! We've had 48" in 3-4 days (15 years ago) and it took them 5 days before we saw a plow - that broke down trying to plow our street. Luckily we had a full freezer, etc.

Well since Erie Pa is so depressing with so much snow...oh,more expected this w/e but no where near what they were clobbered
with ..I chose to think of spring...so enjoy this.
