Most of this list I got through the genorosity of people on this forum, thanks alot! Since I only have one heated propagator I needed to split up my list, so I went for all the Habanero varities first (as you can see on the picture below). Also a few other Chinense on there.

I sow 2 seeds per varity, so I can keep the best looking plant and give the other one away. Offcourse I'm not throwing them away, I will spread the heat among my friends so they can learn the magical world of pepper growing too ;)

I used coco-plugs as medium this time and putted them in a 60 holes tray. Looks like a tray of cup-cakes ready for the oven.
IMAG0985.jpg

After I soaked them and let the propagator get to the right tempature (± 26°C) I sow all the seeds with this as end result.
IMAG0991.jpg

All I have to do now is getting the grow area ready so when they sprouted they can be put under the CFL lights. I don't expect them to sprout for atleast a week so I still have some time. As soon there is free space I will sow the rest of my list with the Annuum to be the last ones, probally around january.

Finally finished my lightbox today

now I got more space too put my plants. I used 2x 125watt CFL blue 6400K lamps. When they grow too big I place them in the room in front of the window. Don't mind the mess, I'm still rebuilding my attic.

I probably will use the same foil on the bottom also for optimal light usage. I also need to install the ventilator so they get some wind inside.

Very nice... let me guess ya like Habs...? Quite a list, can't wait to see some come ripe. I like a good Choco pepper...

Thanks, yeah I do like Habs :)

First plant that was flowering has it first pod in the making. The plant itself is about 10" high and I did pinch out the buds but they just kept on coming back. Same as with some other plants, already producing buds like there's no tomorrow. Most plants aren't older then 50 days.

Plants are growing good, need to repot a couple ones that have grown out of their p9 pot :) I placed the young seedlings too quickly under the cfl lamp wich caused sunburn, the leaves were starting to turn yellow/purple. I removed them and placed them in a unheated propagator in front of the window to get regular light. Hopefully they will pull trough and make their first set of real leaves soon. Although the SBJ7's are growing slow, they are doing good.

Some of the young seedlings, think I was in time too save most of them.

Hey
Why can't I make an new reply with the other pictures...

You have to have someone reply to your posts before you can
post into a different window with more pics. Once someone
replies, you can. Sometimes I just leave my page and go browse
for awhile, and when I come back later, I can put pics in a new
post even if no one has replied. I haven't quite figured it out
totally, yet!

But your transplants are just awesome! And the vast majority of those
seedlings will be fine, I bet! a little TLC goes a long way : )

Yeah the ole THP "Postus Whatthef*ckus"......its got a life of its own.Just like my fingers on this damn key board this AM.
The Plants look fantastic, and thats understating a bit.
Habanero Zavory (in memory of aijjoe's niece Amanda)......Good Man!

Things are looking great over there! Your plants are really hearty! Nice going Stefan!

Also, I love your ambition on your seed selection! SO many varieties!

Well-things are certainly looking in order on your end...i 'm eagerly awaiting to see all those hab varieties ...I haven't found pictures of many of em.

Thanks, Seth. Too bad alot of the 2nd round seedlings died because of some mistakes I made. Learned my lesson the hard hard way and lost alot of varieties I only had a few seeds of... therefore I sowed another batch of varieties

Thnx for the kind words, gnslngr. As you I'm also eagerly awaiting too see what kind of pods those hab varieties are gonna produce.

Time for an update. Like I wrote earlier the seedlings from the 2nd round hit a rough patch and alot of them died before they could produce their first set of real leaves. Really bumped down about that but it made space for some other varieties I had laying around. Last tuesday i sowed the following:
Unknown Habanero Chinense (thnx to Hendrix1326)
Jalapeno White (thnx to Hendrix1326)
Aribibi Red F-1 (thnx to 2gods)
Biquinho
Moranquinho (thnx to 915river)
Chupetinho
Cili Goronong (thnx to JuanH)
Trinidad Yellow Seasoning (thnx to ajijoe)
Douglah x Trinidad Scorpion Moruga (thnx to mido)
Douglah x Trinidad Scorpion Butch T
7-Pot White (thnx to ajijoe)
Habanero Harold St. Bart's (thnx to ajijoe)
Habanero Cleo's Dragon (thnx to ajijoe)
Habanero Burkina Yellow
Habanero Maldivian
Habanero Jaguar
Habanero Antillais Caribbean (thnx to 2gods)
Habanero Orange Devil (thnx to ajijoe)
Jalapeno Chichimeca Jalapeno
Numex Jalmundo
Jalapeno M

So far most have germinated and things are looking better. I made a couple of mugshot of some of my plants. They are only receiving daylight now so their growth is slower at this moment.

Hey Stefan, can you tell me what kinds of lights you are using? I am all fluorescent right now but am looking into an upgrade for next season. Or even something that could keep me in peppers all winter long. The set-up you have developed looks very nice.

How hot do the lamps get in your enclosed area? Do you have to use an exhaust system to dissipate the heat from the lights? Also, did you ever install the vents to get airflow in your grow chamber?

Thanks my friend, always a pleasure to see your green thumbs at work!

I'm using 2x 125watt Plug & Grow CFL blue 6400K lamps, supposed to be only for growth but I got alot of my plants flowering under the lamps. Even getting pods under it, but never tried too ripe them off under it. That's something for fall this year ;) I havent install the vents anymore because I moved all plants out of the grow chamber. I do suspect that it's one of the reasons the seedlings dropped their leaves, that and I moved them to quickly under the lamp after repotting + too moist. It was just a pile of mistakes I made, trying to rush things. The lamps give of a nice amount heat so that you don't have to heat the area anymore but you can put it pretty close too your plants.

looking great my friend
thanks again for honoring my nieces memory and glad your doing so good

thanks your friend Joe

Hey, meat, your plants are looking just great!
By the way, TLC means tender loving care : )
Good luck going into Spring and Summer!

Thanks alot, Paul. Already thought you meant that :) Gonna need some extra hands during Spring and Summer for all my plants.

The last batch of seedlings are rising.

Stefan your plants look fantastic! Thanks for the updates on the SB7J's. I ended up with one, possibly two that made it. Looking at all these new seedlings are you sure the 220m squared garden is going to be big enough? :halo:
