Pretty sure I would love that one.  Big fan of black olives, and that is artichoke hearts right?  Yep. I can dig it.  I might add a couple roasted red pepper strips or maybe a sun dried tomato, but I can smell what the Rock is cookin'

It may appear flatter due to freezing. Atleast I have noticed that the once frozen doughs lose a bit ove their oven spring.

Crappy phone pic, but it was Kalamata olives. No artichokes on my daughters and I agree on the roasted reds.

I noticed the gluten is different after defrosting ... hard to describe, though ...
