Potawie's summer of 09 porn

Here's a nice colourful little C. chinense harvest from yesterday and today. I'm getting approximately this many chinenses every 3 days now and lots more coming soon. I hope to get the cold-smoker going soon so I can get some more smokey sauces made up. Family, friends and myself are all going through withdrawal

Beautiful images & nice colors of pods my friend hope you have great season.

Very cool pods as usual Potawie. I wish I could get something ripe down here. I had to eat a Dorset Naga green the other day, couldn't wait. Still damn hot.

Those are under-ripe k2 hybrids(f2's) but they fully ripened within a day of being picked and now look just like the big red ones in the pic

I like them a lot more than Caribbean reds, which I personally find a little harsh(maybe there's a better word to describe it). I believe the k2's have a smoother fruity taste. I'll try an f2 right now and let you know.
Ok its hot but not too bad, and the tropical fruity taste is really nice, even first thing in the morning, maybe just a little harshness. I think the top of the pod will be hotter since that's where all the seeds are located, but I'll save that for later

Looks like POTAWIE-land is just what the farmer ordered to grow peppers and very strange tomatoes. Provided that great looking box of colors and heat for you.

Any way you can video tape the picking/washing/slicing & dicing of that strange tom?

great porn Potawie...looking forward to more...

I don't have a video camera but I should have hundreds of those crazy tomatoes to photograph. Only one big one so far and its ripening in weird patches

Here's a cool spider pic I took today out in the pepper garden

The upside down plant is in a home-made "topsy turvy" planter. Just a 5 gallon pail with a hole cut out of the bottom and some rope to tie it up. Great for optimizing space, but I just do a few for fun:)
