SG's 2012

Since late last year I've been starting seedlings in waves because of limited space and other constraints. So I have a good number of plants in varying stages of growth, with some trying to flower too. The plants are looking good and I am poised to have some tremendous harvests. Last year I only grew a fraction of the what I am attempting this year and even then I had a hard time keeping up with the harvests. I am sure I will go crazy with all the peppers this year.

Here is the where most of the plants start out:

Hey Charles! Your plants look amazing dude. Loving the crosses! Should be interesting to see what that purple 7brown plant will put out! Loving the Ow Yellow Bhut too, my biggest plant happens to be a yellow OW'd bhut as well Hope your grow continues to go well for you. I'm guessin it's gettin hot over in your neck of the woods! Hey SG, I was wondering if you had any luck with the BGH 1725? I regret not getting to see what an overwintered one could do and then did not get any germinated for this season. I will try them again.

I do in fact have one that made it. It suffered shock when I put it in the ground, not sure exactly what it was, but it is coming back now. I'll take some pics today, I have to go assess wind damage from the Derecho we experienced here...

The "Super Datil" was sold as an improved Datil, but everyone who grew it seemed to mostly agree it was a Fatalii, here's some more info.:

Thanks guys, most of the crosses I made last year, except that 7 Pot Purple looking thing... that was a surprise

I crossed the 7 Pot Yellow with the Bonda and the Fatalii to see if I could just get a yellow pod that combined their traits and the Maya Red Hab with the Bhut to get the heat + the productivity, F2s should be interesting.

Douglah x Butch T was from Hot Pooper, via someone else...

"Stinger Bonnet" was from Windchicken, he grew some scotch bonnets and one plant produced pods that looked like yellow cardi's, it's not known if they were something unique or maybe some yellow cardi seed got mixed in...

Your plants are looking awesome Charles! My Chocolate Bhut x Cajamarca that got completely beat down from transplant shock starting setting fruit this week. When the pods get a little bigger I'll send you some pictures of them. They look like they're going to end up taking their physical traits (at least in terms of shape) from the Cajamarca side.

The 7 Pot Yellow x Bonda ma Jacques looks interesting and I bet it will produce loads of pods. The Bonda ma Jacques is probably my most productive plant with every branch of the plant loaded with pods and great fruity tasting pods.
Aji Cristal looks like a good pepper for stuffing nice looking pods
