With all of this talk about veggies and THP poking fun at me, I've decided that I want ribs for dinner.
So....here is what I'm having for dinner.
I like to use a dry rub on my ribs and usually like to rub them down about 24 hours prior to cooking them, but this will do. I used a Pepperfreak exclusive dry rub which consisted of: Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Black Pepper, Tabasco Powder, Bhut Jolokia Powder, Fatalii Powder and Brown Sugar.
I will be updating this when there is more to come. Also, even though I'm not drinking at the moment, I will be when the update occurs, so bear with me.
