Well you learn something new everyday, I went into the tiny pic web site and cleaned out a whole bunch of pics not realizing they'de disappear from here, Oh Well. Glad you said something JayT, I would have wondered around aimlessly and maybe done that during a throwdown.

Hmmmmph. I take a sabbatical from this thread for a little while to attend personal 'bidness and just look at it! No consistency at all.
Alrighty then sports fans..here's a little sauteed action in the cast iron. Olive oil, garlic, onion, red bell, hab, and pequins..

Tossed in some 26/30 shrimps..

Added a little chile powder...

Warmed up the tore tillah's....

Needed more pequins but as is went well with the merlot juice..

Simple. Hot. Good.
