scoville-dude, sheesh, amigo...if it ain't hte 'puter it's the cam!!!! for our camera, I gave up trying to keep up on the time/date stamp as I kept running it out of battery and then trying to juice it for 30 minues enough to take a couple prep pics and then charge it up enought for the plating pics for the final post for a td.....

But trust me, THP DC'ers.... if there was grubbage in Scovile Deville's kitchen, there was ga-ran-teed to be alkeehawl near by!
and that whole Mexican-cooking thang coming up? FUGETABOUTIT!!!! YOU"LL NEVER WIN!!!!
O'course I hope you realise that was a completely sarcastic comment~~~~~~
I think we need another "POSSE". It looks like.... we now have The AllWa posse = All Washington Posse!!!!! (which also includes areas of surrounding states and providinces~~~~)
or just keep it as the NW Posse!

Raelacea, I assure you, they tasted exactly like you imagine! I always wanted to put on a 7 wing challenge myself... "Who can stop eating at 7 wings". They're hot but the addictive kind... the more sweat on your brow, the better the taste, the more you eat!

Sorry its been a while. Busy busy around here, for the better, and worse. My work week has me sluggin shipyard pumkinhead since i got home, couldnt be drivin so I walked to the nearest grocery store(whole foods). Some kinda spicy monkfish provincal is in the pan. pictures to come Spent too much i hope I do a good job. if not its gonna be softshell crab sammiches and beer for this guy.

SoFlo almost got arrested the other day for being too awesome.
It's a pain... but we deal with it.
Made a pie the other day... had to post it in the Last Great Pizza thread, but it was worthy of DC.
Many beers were consumed. Bear got what was coming to him. Played a round of intense Cribbage. FD Wife kicked our @$$.

I promise, I do a lot more that chicken wings... But it's been kinda slow here on the DC and I was definitely the DC last night.
I got to go back to work tomorrow, pending no more flippin delays. Anyway here's last nights dinner w/ neighbors.

After dinner, we got into eating hab's and sauces. Peppers, sweat, tequila, wings, corn on the cob.
That's what summer's all about!

So wicked late on the post but these are the pics from my monkfish meal, I wish i could narrate but I got bombed, it was delicious. my fave pic is my dog bubba hanging out while I was cooking. Made some cajun seasoning, mixed it with flour and dredged chunks of munkfish. tossed into a pan of hot butter and oil and fried lightly, added a couple chopped habaneros, diced tomatoes parsley, and mushrooms, cooked, thickened the sauce and enjoyed. was a great meal.
The white wine went in the food, definetly not my deal. Loving the fall beers in august though.
