First entry! Peppers (and bison patties) from a local farmer's market which had an amazing variety. Bought a ton for the fridge and freezer.
Bison is lean and clean. Great looking burger.
Thanks for the kind words all. Was a damn surprise, though. Finally at the point where I'm getting something of a tolerance... had a slice of pizza with a raw orange hab on top, and no problem. Those burgers, though. Lift-off!
