It's seriously painful to endure, but she swears she feels the same way about football ... it's quant or something ...

we had a pizza, which would have been killer, if it weren't for the flaccid turkey pepperoni experience ...

first bite didn't have the any meat, then the 2nd looked like it was going to be perfect ... and then it happened ... pepperoni w/o the tasty oiliness ... so. lame. and. so. entirely. disappointing.

I'm sorry, but the animal-facts-of-life-pics in the food threads just completely turn me off to whatever food is on the same page, regardless of whose it is. Can we agree that such future pics will go in the lounge, which is more where they belong, and if you really must, put a link only in the food thread? That way those of us who don't want to see that kind of thing mixed in with food can choose to avoid it. I might actually start to appreciate the food pics that way, too.

Today we visited D's grandma ... she put forth some serious cold cut action, I swear there was two kinds of turkey, two kinds of ham, hard salami, pastrami, corned beef, Braunschweiger ... there was swiss, muenster, pepper jack, and provolone ... i had to take a nap when i came home and i probably need additional diuretic ...

We're having some adult beverages and making some lemon pepper thighs and drumsticks in the tagine ... a couple of small scorpions should keep things zippy ...

This beer gives and amazing swirl and sniff experience ...
