You are from Pennsylvania(at least thats what it says next to your avatar), and Pittsburgh is in PA, any ways. You don't Know what Pittsburged meat is? FRom your description of how you cooked it and from how rare it is in that pic, that is called pittsburged. I'm Not sure how this is confusing. U must be still drunkf. I don't actually think u invented this style of cooking. My comment was kind of a joke and compliment, YOu cooked the meat pittsburged and you live in the same state that that that style supposidly comes from, I was saying you have that cooking style mastered,soo..sorry for the confusion.

Ahh, ok. You have to forgive me, I am from the total other side of the state and actually have never heard of that. I do like it though and appreciate the compliment. Thanks.

Yep I will be here. Got the buck yesterday so I am home and waiting for the throwdown. I am thinking smoked venison...

Well, I won't be getting it back from the butcher until Saturday evening so it will be a late entry. I will have to come up with something else for Friday or Saturday.

No. Well, I did dress it, but there's a guy that my dad went to school with that takes it skins it strips the loins, then cuts the steaks and roasts and gives me the rest in ground burger. For $45 it's worth it.

In keeping with the current theme....here is last night's antics at the Circle-H:

WINGS!!

But not just any wings....these wings represent the very FIRST meal the twins prepared all on their own. Tim and I just sat back, drank a few beers, and kept the fire extinguisher handy! Oh yes...and we snapped a few photos....

Here is the lineup for the evening's feast:

Brandon is about to prepare the wing sauce. Can you tell I'm excited?

This is my own creation. It's mostly cayennes with some orange habs, some vinegar, and a bit of salt. It's kinda thick....till you cut it with BUTTER:
