Fired up the coal last night for some late night lamb. With grilled zucchini and mashed taters. It's anyones guess how many beers deep I was at this point.

No cooking was involved in this meal, it was actually a post meal snack. One thing is certain, much alcohol had been consumed by this point. 
 
Polish sausage, Macedonian sausage, Peppercorn Pepato, Gbejniet (the stankiest cheese known to mankind) and Red Globe grapes. Washed down with yet another Tullamore Dew and Coke.

Cotswold and goat cheese.
 
Spanish chorizo.
 
Sun dried tomatos.
 
Pickled chiltepins.
 
Italian crostini. 
 
Add a ramekin of half virgin olive oil and half balsamic vinegar.
 
Thats a meal.

 wet  chicken and rice burrito, cooked with frozen hatch Minnesnowtaheim peppers, and smoked ripe serrano pow  with rice and roasted corn
smothered in Wisconsin sharp cheddar, and a couple of awesome sauces. served with lime tortilla chips and mild    salsa
