I can't add much ... perhaps only that I proved my theory that deep fried food doesn't hold up well to reheating (especially not in the microwave) ...

Where's the real hungover food like Biscuits and sausage gravy? Ham and cheese omelet?
Chicken fried steak and eggs?
 
Having had but a single night or so of alcohol since NYE, about half way through the second beer on the front end, it FELT like a DC night ...

When the food petered out a bit, though, so did the mission ...

It's all good though, there's now a silver lining for certain ...

Chorizo, Onion Pickled peño, serrano, eggs, 2 cups cheese melted into packaged country gravy with 1 Tbs Sicman Jalapeño powder, perfect corn tortillas and EGGS.

I cooked about 2 gross of eggs today and about 8 sheet pans of bacon. I may never eat another egg or piece of bacon the rest of my life.
 
I never felt any contempt for the 150 lb whole fresh Halibut we cut up and cooked DAILY at Anthony's Home Port.

Eggs are even better in the AM.

Leftover Chorizo burgers from the TD, and residual effects of last nights HHWiskey.
Toast, cheddar, "Butterflied" (halved) burger patties, Poached eggs, and Holandaise sauce with a North Korean ton of Sicmans Jalapeño powder.
Fresh cut WA tater homefries with 4 cloves smashed garlic, BP, a touch (a Mexican pinch) of Oregano and Garlic Salt
