I think it is far past time that there is a real prize awarded for winning a throwdown. There are many saucemakers here that want to get their name/product out there that could donate a package to the winner.I think the throwdowns have evolved to that point at least.
 
It's always been for fun and will remain for fun. No prizes.
 
What did I do? If you guys are cooking pulled pork together you could plate pulled pork tacos, and she could plate a slider with different ingredients, and you guys could do a plate each of you own creation, using some of the same prep work. His vs. hers. I think that's all cool and the gang.

Or team work is still fine w/one plate.

My idea of "chill" is her inside making the cold salads while I'm outside manning a grill, so I don't have to do it the day before ...
