Ok here is the plan,
I want everyone to PM me their:
ADDRESS
Approximate number of varieties they have
Approximate number of those varieties they have to share
Small flat rate Priority box ($4.95) or Regular box shipped by Priority mail($?) or Regular box shipped By Parcel post(Least $).
DEAD LINE FOR RECEIPT OF THESE PM'S IS 11-4-2010 Midnight EST.
The Package should go out by 11-6-2010 .
The order of the parcel will be determined with the newer members at the beginning and the members with the most varieties towards the end. My reasoning for this is to ensure that the everyone is able to find something they are looking for.
Notice the Parcel will be a Box not a padded envelope, so shipping might be a bit pricey I apologize but no point in shipping crushed seeds, Please select an option and PM me your vote, Majority rules.
All Seeds should be properly labeled in a manor that is readable and is not easily removed(labels, paper with writing in ziplock, extra permanent markers)
Please include:
Name of seeds
Crossed or isolated or possibility of cross
Date of harvest
Percent Germination rate if known
Post on this page when you receive and when you ship it back out.
On ~11-5-2010 I will post the order of the packages and that is final until the next round.
I will PM everyone the name and address of the member they should be shipping to.
Once the cycle is complete I will attempt to balance any overly large amounts out and switch the 2 boxes and PM everyone to reconfirm interest and start them again.
The use of package tracking is encouraged but not required.
I will Clean up this rule list in my next post, Any suggestions will be consider.
