pics What hot sauce are you using right now?

The only enchilada that should be allowed to exist, is a stacked fried corn tortilla (3of em) each dipped in red chile, and layered with onion and a sprinkle of cheese, with a over easy or sunny side up egg on top and more red chile drizzled on for good measure! Fight me!

Nope, no fight from me on the OE or SSU, you can have it.... :sick:

I used to like over medium eggs. But after working in restaurants for years, and having to leave my breakfast of hashbrowns and eggs on the table to wait on customers, and then come back to a cold egg-soaked breakfast...at least with OH eggs that can be microwaved.


Now the the tortillas in red sauce with queso, thats good just as it is.

i am just cruising on the whole 'gang is back together again' vibe. Feeling happy~~~
 
Last wednesday I was supposed to go out eating in a restaurant with my team of colleagues.....but new covid restrictions made an end to that.
So instead we went to one of us at home, bought drinks/snacks and ordered pizzas. For fun I took 4 hot sauces with me....Fiery fool, Firearrhea, Exitium and Satan's revenge. Got most of the people to try them....very carefully. 🤣
Turned out the Firarrhea was the one they really couldn't handle and Exitium most liked...kind of obvious with pineapple/ginger flavour.
