pics What hot sauce are you using right now?

I really can't figure out why there is something off about this sauce for me. Scotch bonnet based so it should be in my wheelhouse but after multiple tries the rest is going down the drain.

So I've had this bottle for a little over a month now without opening it. I do not like cantaloupe. However, the reviews from what I'm reading are great and everybody seems to like it. This stuff is amazing. Perfect heat level for a scotch bonnet sauce and packed with such flavor. Doesn't really have the cantaloupe flavor that I dislike but there is a sweetness to it. I highly recommend this sauce.

Had not seen this flavor from Marie Sharp's. My wife found it at Wally world. Good heat level with a very upfront smoke flavor that lingers a bit. Probably best with grilled foods. I will enjoy this to the last drop.
