food What was the last spicy meal you cooked?

I have a Mexican friend.

Miguel.

A demented wonderful ass kicking family first and will always work harder better faster than you friend.

At only 5'1".

We feast on his mother in law's pork tamales now and then.

Sometimes.

He brings tortas with egg, chorizo, and avocado and some other complicated Mexican stuff.

I started bringing koblasnek every sunday.

Looks awesome!  How do you make the Aji Limo butter?
De seed, and finely mince 2 aji limo pods. Smash one clove of garlic. Add the garlic and aji limo to a small pan with 6 tablespoons of butter, and drizzle of olive oil. Simmer on low for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once it cools down a bit, it's ready to use. It also works really well as a dippng sauce for crab legs.
