food What was the last spicy meal you cooked?

Some styles of cooking lamb pretty much ruined it for me. Rack of lamb with mint jelly YUCK!!! Grandpa loved it but i never got into it much until i tried it with middle eastern style seasonings and curries. I still really prefer goat to lamb. One thing i do love are those little grape leaves rolled up with seasoned ground lamb and rice. Ive tried versions from Greece and Palestine that were both delicious.
 
Roast chicken, garlic butter poached wagyu, spicy daikon radish kimchi, and steamed broccoli. I dusted the broccoli and wagyu with crumbled queso fresco while plating.

I brined the chicken in the leftover brine from a jar of spicy pickled okra I made.

Korean style marinated beef short ribs, wilted chinese spinach with garlic, and spicy daikon radish kimchi.

My wife made the marinade with asian pears, cooking wine, soy sauce, honey, garlic, white onion, sesame oil, and ginger.

We marinated the ribs overnight, then I threw them on the grill
