What was the last spicy meal you cooked?

And how did it turn out?

I was in the mood for wings, but wasn't going to do anything fancy, just wanted something quick using what was in the house. Baked the wings in the oven with a dry rub of cayenne, Death Rain, pepper, and bih jolokia powder (from Muso2112). Took them out and coated with Cap'n's savina sauce. Pretty good for a quick meal.

Wanted madras, did not feel like going and getting everything necessary. 
so here's a much less than authentic pork loin madras with cilantro rice.

I don't get the chicken and waffle mix.  Is it sweet or savoury? Looks tasty PK but my brain can't reconcile the combo.
 
No one really eats waffles here.  They're a brekkie thing yeah? Or is chicken and waffles a dinner thing?
 
S'pose it's like you guys don't get the Vegemite thing.  That's what we (some of us anyhoo) eat for brekkie.  I like toast with heaps of vegemite, hot sauce and fresh cracked b/p
