Salsalady's 4 Elements Burger

Water- King Crab
Air- Fowl, chicken
Earth- pork, bacon
Fire- Jamaican Hot Chocolate Hab, bhut, Red Savina hab, chipotle, garden fresh cayenne, garden fresh Peter Pepper

This is a crab-stuffed chicken burger with all of The Works!

To start out, here's a chocolate habanero simmered in gold rum, then the recently concocted BBQ sauce is added and reduced back to a nice thick sauce. (rum#2)

The burger patties are made out of ground chicken, bread crumbs, egg, Southwest Spice mix, S&P, sauteed onions with garlic, cayenne and Peter Pepper.
The Crab Filling is cream cheese, crab, sauteed garlic and onions, fatalii powder, S&P.

The burger was cooked in cast iron on the bbq grill then finished in the oven.

We cooked 2 patties, but only made 1 burger. Split that burger 3-ways and still couldn't finish it!
 
Circle-H Lobster and Crab Cake Burgers with 7-Pod Adobo Aioli Sauce

Ingredients:

Cakes:

-Backfin crabmeat
-Whole lobsters
-Alaskan king crab legs
-Parmesean panko bread crumbs
-Eggs
-Lemon
-Fresh garlic
-Worcestershire sauce
-Ground mustard
-Fresh orange habanero
-PF's Trinidad scorpion powder
-Old Bay seasoning
-Kosher salt and ground black pepper

I narrowed it down to the important ones. (I'll spare you all the prep photos!) Let's skip to the REAL action.

Crab and lobster "burgers" frying up in the CI with a 50/50 mixture of clarified butter and veg oil:

Buns got a skillet treatment as well after a smattering of butter. Here's the naked love:

I think a so far it looks like a pretty thorough beatdown all the vets definatley came out with guns blazin' :D but Im sure there the ones that are waiting till we all finish so they can try the ol' one up move and try and beat the best looking one.

This thing is over. You knocked this one right out of the damn park! After seeing your entry, I could have put canned crab and corn flakes together on Wonder bread and the result would be the same.
