      Thanks. In my region we eat everything with cassava jajajaja is more for texture. The coomon chilli is Dedo-de-moça, malagueta, cumari(wild brazilian pepper and my favorite), we use pepper in vinager or lemon  juice, and the salsa is just mashed pepper with vinager.

      yeahhh i use bamboo mat to roll!! look to the bag of rice. The crab is not now crab, is very expensive here! i dont know what is surimi...     I never see Kwepie mayo to sell here!! i never eat it!  this in my fist experience, so i dont buy expensive itens...
