  • Older plants have only been outside the greenhouse for a matter of weeks and already have aphids visiting them. Neem oil spray coming up to start, then either ordering ladybugs, lacewings or aphid wasps. Need to decide which one. Not letting them get a foothold this year.
Sunny with a high of 73 for my day off tomorrow? Sweet! Now to decide whether to spend all day with my plants, or half day fishing and half with the plants. Hmmmm.

Sounds like a winner to me!
Quick question for the guru's on here. Is it worthwhile using aact on plants that have been in MG mix since November last year, or should I save it for my plants that are either in fox farms or my own mix?
    Burning Colon
    Burning Colon
yep..... the reason being, MG does not provide the microbos.
Wow. Academy actually had .22lr ammo in stock. Sweet!

Great score. I don't shoot 22lr so I don't know if it is still hard to find or not. Other 22 calibers like 223 are plentiful.

mx-wish that was the case here!
Sm1nts-will send you a PM. Would love to see what I can find for 9mm too.
Jeff-Everything else has been pretty easy to find. 223 has been plentiful here for a while too. Wish I had something that shot that tho!
Fatalii's added into some homemade shrimp etouffee=amazing! Had to de-placenta the pod to make it dealable for the better half, but the flavour matched perfectly with the shrimp and Cajun spices.

Next time-add the complete whole pod. Need the extra heat! Gotta build her tolerance eventually lol. The etouffee over some fried catfish was outfreakingstanding! I need to get better at taking pics so I can post some worthwhile food porn on here.

(im)patiently waiting for my black Hungarian pods to ripen. I really want to munch on my first fresh peppers of the season!
Got 2 10 gallon and 1 15 gallon root pouches in yesterday. Need to decide whether to transplant some of my mature superhots, or wait until some of my milder peppers are ready for them. Decisions decisions.
Looks like it's going to be an icy Mardi Gras in Lafayette today

Is it a good sign or bad sign that my 5 inch tall Jimmy Nardello seedlings have flower buds forming already?

Nice. I have eaten 1/2 dozen red habanero type mystery pods. So cool eating fresh pods in February.
Only in Louisiana can you be freezing one day and grilling ribeye and boudin the next! Been through 4 winters here since moving here and each has been different. I'm giving up on the weather here.

In Colorado we can have 70 degree temps during the day and have 8" of snow that night. Damn global warming.
Work today was proof positive that a hell of a lot of people down here don't know how to prepare for anything.
    MeatHead1313
    MeatHead1313
Possible 1-3 inches of snow tomorrow. That's it. Crazy for down here admittedly, but the way customers were acting at work you'd think it was the end of the world.
